Although the IRM does not have any specific formal entry requirements, it ensures that students have sufficient capability at the right level to undertake the learning and assessment.
Students must be over 19 years old when enrolling and taking the exam.
The IRM may consider students ‘prior learning when considering acceptance to IRM qualifications.
Please note that the qualification is offered in English; therefore, a reasonable knowledge of
the English language is important. If English is not their first language, it is recommended
that students have an Academic IELTS score of 6.0 (with no elements less than 5.5) or equivalent evidence of competence in the English language before beginning their studies.
